Word of the CEO  Good Day Everyone,
First of all, I want to thank to all the Board of directors and, in particular, his Chairman, François Gonthier for the confidence that they show to me while enabling me to do my contributions to the continuation of the development of the Quebec Photonic Network. My main aim, by accepting this mandate of the CEO of the QPN, is to make it a major organization for the promotion and the development of the Optics-Photonics Industry in Quebec. It is thus with enthusiasm that I undertake this big challenge.
For me, the Optics-Photonics Industry is consisted of the companies that an important part of technology is resulting from the photonics discipline, of the industrial and university research centers, of the labor training centers, of the businesses partners and the economic promotion organizations. The raison d'être of the QPN is to act as an accelerator of the economic growth of this industry. I thus want that it becomes a spokesperson, an ambassador, a foreground gather, reaching your expectations.
It remains to me now to request your support and, especially, your directives which are essential components for reaching the objectives.
