The Quebec Photonic Network is a non-profit group whose mandate is to contribute to the advancement of photonics in by serving as an information hub and providing its members with networking services.The Quebec Photonic Network serves as a meeting point for companies, government departments, organizations and concerned individuals involved in the development of the optics-photonics industry in the Greater Quebec area.

Its creation comes to meet the need of creating the strong provincial dynamic essential to the development of the photonics fields.
